On the twelfth day of Christmas

My true love gave to me,

Twelve cookies baking,

Eleven snowflakes falling,
Ten lights-a-blinking,

Nine yummy candies,

Eight frosted cupcakes,

Seven gifts with ribbons,

Six comfy slippers,

Five shiny balls,

Four candles glowing,

Three pups in sweaters,

Two Christmas kisses,

and a kitty in a fir tree.
